RETURN

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the order. The Customer may also exchange the goods, for that purpose, please contact us by e-mail at contact@avecfashion.com

In order to make a return or exchange, the product must not have signs of use, and must be in the state in which the Customer received it.
If the refund is approved by us, the return will be in accordance with the store rules.
In order to improve your return process, please provide us with your name, address, account number, and your purchase receipt, which you can include in the returned product or send a message to the email address.

Please print and fill in the return /exchange form download and attach it to the parcel with the receipt, and send to:

COMPLAINT

The customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of a defect in the delivered goods: factory defects or non-conformity of the items with the goods included in the order.

In this case, please return the goods by post to the shop address.

Please send proof of purchase together with the completed complaint form download.
AVECFASHION does not accept shipments sent for COD.

Complaints are considered within 14 days of receipt by the store of consignments with the advertised goods. If a complaint is deemed justified, the damaged item will be repaired or replaced, and if this is not possible (for example, due to inventory depletion), the store will refund the customer the equivalent of the price of the item or offer other items available at the store. The price equivalent will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
